I’m a Business Attorney & Strategic Advisor, and before practicing law, I worked as an auditor. My training was to follow how money, decisions, and responsibilities move through a company and identify where small issues could turn into real problems.
That’s how I approach every client conversation.
I left corporate practice because I wanted to work directly with Founders and advise them on business decisions
…not to just prepare documents after those decisions were already made.
When I started focusing on women-owned small businesses, I saw a repeating pattern: Founders were making serious business decisions that didn’t match how their business operated, or avoided legal help entirely because it felt intimidating, expensive, or disconnected from reality.
I realized this is where I could make a difference.
I'm building a practice where operational thinking and legal strategy work together. A practice where I could advise clients before decisions were finalized and help them understand the consequences clearly.
