Making business law understandable for Founders.
You need a lawyer who can translate your daily legal decisions into business solutions you feel confident about.
You’ve done the hard part. You built a real business.
Taking your business to the next level happens through informative decision-making and a structure that supports bigger opportunities.
Many founders reach this stage and feel proud, but also uneasy from the exposure created by the business you've outgrown.
WHO IS THIS FOR
For the founder who’s built something real.
You’re several years into business. You run a service, consultancy, agency, studio, or education-based company. Larger clients are reaching out. The opportunities are getting more serious, and so are the stakes.
But on the legal side, you may think:
-
A client is slow-paying (again). You check your agreement, and the terms are vague. You're ready to get a new lawyer-drafted contract.
-
You're about to sign a major retail deal and realize you're not sure if your product label is compliant. You want to ensure product compliance before taking the next step.
-
You’ve grown your business, but your structure hasn’t caught up. Money is coming in, decisions are getting bigger, and you’re starting to wonder: “Is this set up the right way?" It's time to reorganize your business and ensure it's set up for your success.
-
You're landing bigger clients, and the contracts are getting longer and more complex. You’re not entirely sure what you’re agreeing to. You're ready to have a legal partner at the table when making decisions.
You’re not a beginner anymore.
You’re at the stage where business decisions carry legal consequences.
When you’re at this stage, the smartest next step is getting clear on what needs attention before it becomes a problem.
The Founder Protection Call is where we help you identify what needs attention now, what can wait, and what your smartest next move should be.

How I Approach Your Business as an Attorney
I’m Asia Wright, a Texas business attorney and founder of The Wright Choice Firm.
Before practicing law, I worked as a Big 4 auditor. My job was to examine how companies made decisions, how money moved, and where small weaknesses could turn into major problems.
That’s how I work through your business.
When we work together, I’m not starting with a document. I start with questions like:
How does your business actually make money?
Who is promising what to whom?
Where are you relying on trust instead of clear terms?
How will this decision affect you six months or three years from now?
Then we design structure and contracts that support how your business already operates, strengthen your position in negotiations, and protect you if a relationship breaks down.
You don’t need to speak legal.
You need a lawyer who can translate the law into business decisions you feel confident about.
A business law firm advising founders on the business decisions that carry legal consequences.
We focus exclusively on business law, not personal injury, criminal, family law, or lawsuits. We primarily work with growing service-based companies, especially women-led businesses, making higher value contracts and hiring decisions.
